Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan, daughter of actor Saif Ali Khan, and actor Ayushmann Khurrana visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar on Tuesday to seek blessings ahead of the release of their upcoming film Udta Teer.
The two actors paid obeisance at the holy shrine, sought blessings and spent time in the spiritual atmosphere of the gurdwara. They also listened to Gurbani kirtan during their visit.
Sara Ali Khan was seen wearing a light golden-cream suit, with her head covered with a dupatta as a mark of respect for the religious tradition. Ayushmann Khurrana, meanwhile, opted for a traditional kurta-pyjama.
Sara later shared photographs from her visit to the Golden Temple on her Instagram account. Extending Dussehra greetings, she wrote, “Happy Dussehra. May love, good fortune and happiness remain in everyone's lives.”
The visit comes ahead of the release of Udta Teer, bringing the two Bollywood stars to one of Punjab's most revered religious sites to seek blessings on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra.
