Delhi Police has achieved a major breakthrough by arresting three individuals from Punjab for allegedly writing objectionable slogans and creating pro-Khalistan graffiti at the Singhu Border.
According to Delhi Police, the accused carried out the act on the instructions of Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. The three men have been booked for writing provocative slogans and making pro-Khalistan graffiti at various locations near the Singhu Border in Delhi.
Police said that Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, the chief of the banned terrorist organisation Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), had claimed responsibility for the incident through a post on X.
Following the incident, the Special Cell of Delhi Police registered an FIR and launched an investigation. During the probe, police examined CCTV footage installed at the Singhu Border, which helped investigators identify and trace the accused.
Delhi Police has also recovered the car allegedly used by the accused while carrying out the graffiti and slogan-writing activity. Further investigation is underway to determine the extent of their involvement and any possible links to other activities.
