In a proactive move towards the effective implementation of three new Criminal Laws, the Haryana Govt has decided to conduct an online training program for all IAS and HCS officers of the State. The one-day session, slated for June 20, 2024, aims to familiarize officers with the intricacies of these laws.
Chief Secretary TVSN Prasad highlighted that the training will be conducted by the Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA), Gurugram, and attendance is mandatory for all IAS and HCS officers.
From July 1, 2024, the country will witness the implementation of three significant new Criminal Laws: Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023. Chief Secretary Sh. TVSN Prasad affirmed that the Haryana Government is fully prepared to implement these laws across the State.
