Vivo has started the sale of its latest smartphone, the Vivo Y31t 5G, in the Indian market. The handset is aimed at users looking for a durable smartphone with long battery life and features designed for heavy, everyday use.

The biggest highlight of the Vivo Y31t 5G is its 7,200mAh battery, which is designed to provide extended backup without frequent charging. The phone also supports 44W FlashCharge for faster charging.

In terms of durability, the smartphone comes with military-grade durability and an SGS five-star drop-resistance certification. It also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering protection against dust and water, including high-pressure water exposure. A one-tap water and dust ejection feature is also included to help remove water trapped in the speakers.

For entertainment, the Vivo Y31t 5G sports a 6.75-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,250 nits peak brightness, making the screen easier to view even in bright outdoor conditions. The device also features dual stereo speakers, which the company claims can deliver up to 400% louder sound output compared with conventional audio output.

The 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at ₹25,999, while the 6GB + 128GB model costs ₹29,999. The top-end 6GB + 256GB variant is priced at ₹34,999.

The smartphone is available in Crimson Red, Seashore Green and Golden Mist colour options. Launch offers include up to ₹1,500 instant cashback on select bank cards, zero-down-payment options and up to six months of free access to 10 OTT apps through Jio.
