Audience turnout remains steady on weekdays, massive growth seen over the weekend
Rani Mukerji-starrer Mardaani 3 has made a powerful impact at the box office since its release, delivering a solid performance in its opening days. Backed by strong word of mouth and positive reviews, the film has not only registered healthy numbers but has also shown consistent growth, especially over the weekend. According to box office estimates, Mardaani 3 earned approximately ₹10.25 crore net in India during its first two days. The film witnessed a noticeable jump in collections on Saturday as audience interest continued to rise. With increasing footfalls and encouraging reviews, the film collected around ₹6.25 crore on Saturday, marking a significant improvement compared to its opening day figures.
Sunday turned out to be the best-performing day so far for Mardaani 3. Early estimates suggest that the film earned nearly ₹7.25 crore net in India on Sunday alone. The average occupancy crossed 33 percent, with a sharp increase in the number of shows across multiplexes and single screens. Evening and night shows, in particular, recorded strong attendance, reflecting growing audience engagement.
With this, the total India net box office collection for the first three days has crossed ₹17.50 crore. The strong weekend growth clearly highlights the positive audience reception and the film’s strong hold at the box office. Trade analysts believe that if the current momentum continues, Mardaani 3 is expected to perform steadily even on weekdays.
The film has also delivered an impressive performance in the international markets. Released across key overseas territories including the UAE, Australia, Canada, and France, Mardaani 3 has found a positive response from global audiences as well. On the worldwide front, the film has reportedly collected around ₹27 crore so far.
With these numbers, Mardaani 3 has emerged as the highest-grossing film in the Mardaani franchise to date. Driven by Rani Mukerji’s powerful performance and a gripping narrative, the film continues to move forward strongly at the box office, signaling a promising run in the days ahead.
