Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma abruptly cancelled her live performance in Ghaziabad and walked off stage midway after a shocking incident during the show.
The event was being held on the night of April 3 at RKGIT College when a young man suddenly climbed onto the stage. He tried to touch the singer and even fell at her feet, causing panic.
Caught off guard, Sunanda Sharma got frightened. As soon as the young man touched her, she screamed loudly and ran backstage. Since the microphone was on, her scream was clearly heard, creating chaos among the audience. The young man remained on stage for about two minutes and started posing in Shah Rukh Khan’s signature style, spreading his arms and looking towards the students.
Hearing the commotion, police quickly reached the stage and removed the young man. Bouncers also intervened, caught him, and handed him over to the police. Ghaziabad police have taken the accused into custody and started questioning him. Reports suggest that he is a student of the same college.
After the incident, Sunanda Sharma was too shaken to return to the stage. Despite repeated requests from the audience, her team decided to cancel the show midway. Following the announcement, disappointed students began leaving the venue.
