 Nayab Singh Saini Sworn in as Haryana Chief Minister

Punjab Newsline, Chandigarh, March 12 -
Nayab Singh Saini today took oath as the Chief Minister of Haryana in the presence of outgoing Chief Minister Manohar Lal, among others.
Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatraya administered the oath of office and secrecy to Sh Nayab Singh Saini at a function held at Raj Bhavan in the presence of senior BJP leaders and officers of the state government.
Haryana Governor also administered the oath of office and secrecy to Kanwar Pal, Mool Chand Sharma, Ranjit Singh, Jai Parkash Dalal and Banwari Lal as Ministers.
Chief Minister Saini, currently serving as the Member of Parliament from Kurukshetra, also holds the esteemed position of State BJP President. Prior to this, he represented Nariangarh as MLA in 2014 and served as a Minister of State in the Haryana Government. Born on January 25, 1970, in the village of Mirzapur Majra in Ambala, Nayab Singh Saini pursued BA and LLB degrees. He has also held various positions within the BJP.
Vidhan Sabha Speaker Gian Chand Gupta, Member of Parliament Sanjay Bhatia, Haryana BJP Incharge Biplab Deb, MLAs, former Ministers, Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal, Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Rajesh Khullar, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister V.Umashankar, Director General of Police Shatrujit Kapur, Additional Principal Secretaries to Chief Minister Amit Agrawal and Ashima Brar, Director General of Information, Public Relations, Languages and Culture Department Mandip Singh Brar and a number of supporters and family members were also present on this occasion.
