Amritsar: The two consecutive blast near the Golden Team has raised alarm all over Punjab.While the DGP has ruled out an IED blast. It was a low-intensity explosion. The explosive was left inside a container. Now a terror angle is being probed in these blasts. Security surrounding the Golden Temple area has been tightened.
Following the blast an NIA team has arrived in Amritsar to probe into the twin low intensity blasts which occurred near Saragarhi multi-storey parking on Heritage Street here. The team held meeting with the police officials besides taking the details from the forensic examination teams.
