Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini said that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, this year’s festivals were celebrated with greater enthusiasm and purpose, as people embraced eco-friendly celebrations and promoted the use of swadeshi products. This way, with collective efforts of all, the vision of a Viksit Bharat 2047 will surely be achieved and fulfilled. He also extended his heartfelt greetings to everyone on the occasion of Chhath Mahaparv.
The CM Nayab Singh Saini was listening to the PM Narendra Modi's ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme at Hisar on Sunday. Public Health Engineering and Public Works Minister, Sh. Ranbir Gagwa was also present.
Highlighting the Prime Minister’s address, Saini said that October 31 marks the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a national icon who played a pivotal role in uniting the country. He appealed to the people, especially the youth, to actively participate in the ‘Run for Unity’ which is being organised nationwide on this day, A true tribute to Sardar Patel and a symbol of national integration.
The Chief Minister also said that as mentioned in today's ‘Mann ki baat episode’ by the Prime Minister that November 7, 2025 will mark 150 years of India's national song ‘Vande Mataram’, composed 150 years ago and sung by Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore in 1896. He said that this milestone should be celebrated with pride and passed on as an enduring inspiration for future generations.
He further said that through ‘Mann Ki Baat’, the Prime Minister connects with crores of people every month and highlights inspiring stories from across India. He said that in today’s episode, the Prime Minister appreciated the youth and people who are promoting Sanskrit Language, innovation, and cultural preservation across the country. Everyone should draw inspiration from such examples and strive to contribute meaningfully to society, he added.
