Cabinet Minister Launches Poster in His Office; Information Available via QR Code

For the first time in the state, tourist complexes of the Tourism Department will be immersed in the vibrant colours of Holi, allowing the general public, families, corporates, RWAs, and associations to enjoy the festivities. Heritage and Tourism Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma, while launching the five-day Rangotsav 2026 starting February 28, organized by Haryana Tourism Corporation, said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the Tourism Department is continuously introducing new initiatives to connect with the public.
On Thursday afternoon, Dr. Arvind Sharma launched the poster of Rangotsav 2026 at his office in Haryana Civil Secretariat in the presence of Haryana Tourism Corporation Managing Director Parth Gupta and General Manager Mamta Sharma. He informed that from February 28 to March 4, Haryana Tourism Corporation will organize Holi celebrations at 22 tourist complexes across the state. Preparations have been completed in tourist complexes located in Gurugram, Faridabad, Karnal, Rohtak, and Panchkula zones.
The Cabinet Minister stated that Rangotsav 2026 will feature daily DJ performances, presentations by Haryanvi artists, a rain dance zone, an organic color zone, a kids’ play zone, and traditional Holi celebrations including folk art performances of Phag and Ragini.
Dr. Arvind Sharma further said that under the leadership of CM Nayab Singh Saini, the Tourism Department has been organizing major events such as the International Surajkund Crafts Mela, Diwali Mela, Mango Mela at Pinjore, and Baisakhi Mela. This year, a special series of events has been prepared for Holi so that the public can enjoy music, dance, and cuisine during the celebrations.
Managing Director of Haryana Tourism Corporation, Parth Gupta, informed that the events will be held at Surajkund Tourist Complex, Badkhal Lake Motel, Aravalli Golf Course, Magpie Tourist Complex, Raja Nahar Singh Tourist Complex, Barbet Tourist Complex (Sohna), Saras Tourist Complex (Damdama), Dabchick Tourist Complex (Hodal), Gauraiya Tourist Complex (Bahadurgarh), Jungle Babbler Tourist Complex (Dharuhera), Sandpiper Tourist Complex (Rewari), Yadavindra Garden (Pinjore), Morni Tourist Complex (Morni), Kingfisher Tourist Resort (Ambala), Parakeet Tourist Complex (Pipli), Karna Lake Tourist Complex and Oasis Fast Food (Karnal), Ethnic India (Rai), Tilyar Tourist Resort (Rohtak), and Baya Tourist Resort (Bhiwani).
