Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Dushyant Chautala Has Directed The Officers To Immediately Resolve All The Problems Regarding Online Registration Of Land So That The Work Of

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Dushyant Chautala has directed the officers to immediately resolve all the problems regarding online registration of land so that the work of people can be done without any hindrance. Taking a cognizance against the officers showing negligence in the work, the Deputy Chief Minister said that action would be taken against such officers who are not serious about their responsibilities.
The Deputy Chief Minister said this while presiding over a meeting of senior officers of departments related to 'Registration Deed' at Haryana Niwas today.

In the meeting the Deputy Chief Minister was informed that the process of taking online appointment for land registry was started but in some places there has been difficulty in selecting the collector rate, in this case instructions are being given to the Deputy Commissioners.

The issues of portal link, convenience-deed, allotee-ID in industrial areas, notification of 7-A in controlled area and some technical glitches coming up on the website of Town and Country Planning department were also discussed in the meeting.

It was also informed that an informative video will be prepared for the people to explain the process of ‘Registration of Deed' online. This video will be uploaded on YouTube. Besides, it was also informed that training will also be given to the Deputy Commissioners and District Revenue Officers for the registry, who will further train the property dealers so that the eligible people do not face any difficulty in getting their registries done.

On this occasion, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Mr. V. Umashankar, Additional Chief Secretary Revenue And Disaster Management Department, Mr. Vijai Vardhan, Principal Secretary, Development and Panchayat Department, Mr. Sudhir Rajpal, Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation, Mr. Anurag Agrawal, Director, Consolidation of Land holding and Land Records Department, Ms. Amna Tasneem, OSD to the Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Kamlesh Bhadoo, and many other senior officials were present.
