J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, Department of Computer Applications, has started an outreach programme that aims to inform students from nearby colleges about various career opportunities in the emerging field of animation and multimedia.
Chairperson, Computer Applications Department Shilpa Sethi stated that these outreach programmes are designed to raise awareness about potential career opportunities in animation and multimedia studies. During the programme, the department's team visited nearby colleges to showcase the facilities and notable student work available in the university's animation and multimedia courses. Students were also informed about the wide range of career opportunities within the animation and multimedia domain. She said that the university offers BSc and MSc courses in animation and multimedia. She also noted that in recent years, these courses have attracted students due to better career opportunities.
