CM Mann makes a historic declaration from the holy land of the Khalsa

Establishing a world-class university here will inspire future generations with the ideals and humanitarian values of the Ninth Guru. He added that this institution will become a global centre where Sikh history, culture, philosophy, and modern education come together on one platform.
