Chandigarh: The trouble seem to be increasing for Congress former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi as the Vigilance Bureau has summoned him again on 13th June in a disproportionate assets case.
According to sources, Channi has been summoned by the Vigilance Bureau again and asked him to join the investigation on Tuesday at 10 am. It will be for the second time that Channi has been summoned by the bureau.
A senior functionary of the bureau confirmed the development and said they had former CM has been given a performa to fill and submit back. But he has not yet submitted that performa hence he has been summoned again. When he appeared before the bureau, the performa will have details regarding assets he and his family owned.
