Republic Day: Governor to Hoist National Flag in Panchkula, CM in Gurugram

Ministers, MPs and MLAs to Lead Republic Day Celebrations in All Haryana Districts

The Haryana Govt has issued the schedule of dignitaries who will hoist the National Flag and preside over Republic Day celebrations on 26th January, 2026 at district and subdivision levels across the state. The ‘At Home’ programme will be held at Lok Bhawan, Chandigarh. The National Flag will be hoisted at 10.00 a.m. at all divisions, districts, sub-divisions, tehsils and other prominent places across the State.

According to a letter issued by the Chief Secretary’s Office, the Governor Haryana, Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh will hoist the National Flag at Panchkula, while CM Nayab Singh Saini will preside over the Republic Day function at Gurugram.

Rajya Sabha Member Rekha Sharma will hoist the flag at Ambala, and at the subdivision level, the functions will be presided over by the Divisional Commissioner at Naraingarh, Sub Divisional Officer at Barara and by Kapoor Singh, MLA, Bawani Khera, at Loharu.

Cabinet Minister Ranbir Gangwa will hoist the flag at Bhiwani, while subdivision-level functions will be presided over by Sh. Mandeep Dalawas, Chairman, Zila Parishad, Charkhi Dadri, at Tosham and by  Ghanshyam Saraf, MLA, Bhiwani, at Siwani. MP Dharambir Singh will hoist the flag at Charkhi Dadri, and the subdivision-level function at Badhra will be presided over by Umed Singh, MLA, Badhra.

Health Minister Arti Singh Rao will hoist the National Flag at Faridabad, while Sh. Dhanesh Adlakha, MLA, Badkhal, will preside over the function at Badkhal and Mool Chand Sharma, MLA, Ballabhgarh, at Ballabhgarh. Deputy Speaker of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha Krishan Lal Middha will hoist the flag at Fatehabad, with subdivision-level functions being presided over by Sh. Randhir Panihar, MLA, Nalwa, at Tohana and Smt. Suman Khichad, Chairman, Zila Parishad, Fatehabad, at Ratia.

Bimla Chaudhary, MLA, Pataudi, will preside over the function at Pataudi, Laxman Singh Yadav, MLA, Rewari, at Badshahpur, Mukesh Sharma, MLA, Gurugram, at Manesar, and Tejpal Tanwar, MLA, Sohna, at Sohna. Union Minister Manohar Lal will hoist the National Flag at Hansi, while the subdivision-level function at Narnaund will be presided over by Vinod Bhayana, MLA.

School Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda will hoist the flag at Hisar, and the function at Barwala will be presided over by Smt. Savitri Jindal, MLA, Hisar. Minister Rajesh Nagar will hoist the National Flag at Jhajjar, while Sh. Rajesh Joon, MLA, Bahadurgarh, will preside at Bahadurgarh, Kaptan Singh, Chairman, Zila Parishad, Jhajjar, at Badli, and Sh. Sunil Satpal Sangwan, MLA, Charkhi Dadri, at Beri.

Minister Shruti Choudhry will hoist the flag at Jind, with subdivision-level functions being presided over by Smt. Manisha Rani, Chairman, Zila Parishad, Jind, at Julana, Ram Kumar Gautam, MLA, Safidon, at Safidon, Devender Chatar Bhuj Attri, MLA, Uchana Kalan, at Uchana Kalan, and Parmod Kumar Vij, MLA, Panipat City, at Narwana.

Member of Parliament Naveen Jindal will hoist the National Flag at Kaithal, while Sh. Satpal Jamba, MLA, Pundri, will preside at Guhla and Karambir Kaul, Chairman, Zila Parishad, Kaithal, at Kalayat. Speaker Harvinder Kalyan will hoist the flag at Karnal, while subdivision-level functions will be presided over by Bhagwan Dass, MLA, Nilokheri, at Nilokheri, Ram Kumar Kashyap, MLA, Indri, at Indri,  Jagmohan Anand, MLA, Karnal, at Gharaunda, and Yoginder Singh Rana, MLA, Assandh, at Assandh.

Social Justice, Empowerment, SCs & BCs Welfare and Antyodaya (SEWA) Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi will hoist the National Flag at Kurukshetra, while the Division Commissioner will preside at Ladwa,  Kanwaljeet Kaur, Chairman, Zila Parishad, Kurukshetra, at Shahbad, and Renu Bala Gupta, Mayor, Karnal, at Pehowa.

Minister Rao Narbir Singh will hoist the flag at Mahendragarh, while subdivision-level functions will be presided over by Om Prakash Yadav, MLA, Narnaul at Mahendragarh, Kanwar Singh, MLA, Mahendragarh, at Kanina, and Satish Kumar Phagna, MLA, Faridabad NIT, at Nangal Chaudhary.

MP Subhash Barala will hoist the National Flag at Nuh, while Jaan Mohd., Chairman, Zila Parishad, Nuh, will preside at Ferozpur Jhirka, Sh. Parveen Joshi, Mayor, Faridabad, at Tauru, and Raj Rani, Mayor, Gurugram, at Punhana. Rajya Sabha Member Ram Chander Jangra will hoist the flag at Palwal, while Rekha, Chairman, Zila Parishad, Palwal, will preside at Hathin and Harinder Singh, MLA, Hodal, at Hodal. Shakti Rani Sharma, MLA, Kalka, will preside over the function at Kalka.

Development and Panchayats Minister Krishan Lal Panwar will hoist the flag at Panipat, while Manmohan Bhadana, MLA, Samalkha, will preside at Israna and Krishna Gahlawat, MLA, Rai, at Samalkha. Minister of State for Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Gaurav Gautam will hoist the National Flag at Rewari, while Dr. Krishan Kumar, MLA, Bawal, will preside at Bawal and Anil Yadav, MLA, Kosli, at Kosli.

Cooperation Minister Arvind Kumar Sharma will hoist the flag at Rohtak, while Ram Avtar Valmiki, Mayor, Rohtak, will preside at Meham and Manju Hooda, Chairman, Zila Parishad, Rohtak, at Sampla. Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Vipul Goel will hoist the National Flag at Sirsa, while Sonu Sihag, Chairman, Zila Parishad, Hisar, will preside at Kalanwali, the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Dabwali will preside at Dabwali, and Sh. Parveen Popli, Mayor, Hisar, at Ellenabad.

Agriculture Minister Shyam Singh Rana will hoist the National Flag at Sonipat, while Devender Kadyan, MLA, Ganaur, will preside at Ganaur,  Pawan Kharkhauda, MLA, Kharkhauda, at Kharkhauda, and Nikhil Madaan, MLA, Sonipat, at Gohana. Energy Minister Anil Vij will hoist the National Flag at Yamunanagar, while Ghanshyam Dass Arora, MLA, Yamunanagar, will preside at Vyaspur, Smt. Suman Bahmani, Mayor, Yamunanagar, at Chhachhrauli, and Ramesh Chand, Chairman, Zila Parishad, Yamunanagar, at Radaur.
