People benefited from practicing Yoga across the state
Citizens listened to the PM's address from Visakhapatnam and the CM's message from Kurukshetra through LED screens

The 11th International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm across Haryana under the theme "Yoga for One Earth, One Health." The events were organised under the joint aegis of the Department of AYUSH and Haryana Yoga Commission. People of all age groups—children, youth, and the elderly—came together to practice yoga and experience its health benefits. Citizens watched PM Narendra Modi's address from Visakhapatnam and CM Nayab Singh Saini's message from the state-level event in Kurukshetra through LED screens.
In Kaithal, Haryana cabinet minister Krishan Lal Panwar said that International Yoga Day is a celebration of India’s ancient tradition that teaches the path of health and peace to the entire world.
At an event in Gurugram, Industry and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh said that yoga has become a global movement thanks to the efforts of PM. He encouraged everyone to adopt yoga in their daily lives to promote awareness and better health, in line with the theme "One Earth, One Health."
Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda, speaking in Sonipat, said that yoga is not just about exercise or meditation. Yoga means union—connecting the body, mind, and soul. Through yoga, a person can grow spiritually and contribute to the welfare of others.
In Tigaon, Faridabad Vipul Goel said that PM has reintroduced our ancient yoga tradition in a modern form, inspiring people not only in India but around the world. Yoga plays an important role in managing stress and maintaining a balanced life.
Similarly, at a program in Rohtak, Dr. Arvind Kumar Sharma said that the Prime Minister has shared India’s age-old Ayurvedic and yogic wisdom with the world. He stated that Yoga and Ayurveda have the solution to every incurable disease.
Cabinet Minister Shyam Singh Rana, speaking in Panipat, called yoga an invaluable gift from India’s sages and saints. He said that yoga has been practiced for thousands of years. In Jind, Social Justice, Empowerment,SCs and BCs Welfare and Antyodaya (SEWA) Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi said that yoga creates harmony between body and mind, thoughts and actions, self-control and fulfillment. At a programme in Bhiwani Shruti Choudhry said that yoga is not just physical exercise but also a spiritual practice. It promotes mental peace, purity of soul, and balance in life. It helps develop self-discipline, awareness, and a positive outlook.
In Nuh Rajesh Nagar praised PM Narendra Modi’s efforts and said that in 2014, the United Nations adopted India’s proposal to celebrate International Yoga Day, supported by 177 countries. This was an important step toward the "One World, One Health" approach.
In Palwal, Sports Minister Gaurav Gautam said that yoga will play a key role in making India self-reliant and Viksit by 2047, a vision set by PM. He said Haryana’s youth, by staying away from addiction and embracing yoga, will help fulfill this dream. Every person should include yoga in their daily routine.
