Haryana Industries and Commerce Minister, Rao Narbir Singh said that continuous efforts are being made on the ground to further strengthen the education infrastructure in Gurugram. Ensuring quality education and better facilities for children in the district is the foremost priority of the government. With the construction of new school buildings, students will get a conducive environment for learning, which will further improve the quality of education, he said.
The state government is consistently providing modern basic facilities in every school across Haryana, said the Minister while addressing the people after laying the foundation stone of a new building at the Government Senior Secondary School in Bajghera village, Gurugram on Tuesday.
Highlighting the importance of education, he said that if any nation wants to maintain its position at the global level, education is the best medium. With this vision, the Haryana government is working relentlessly to upgrade basic facilities in government schools, he said.
Rao Narbir Singh reiterated that the Haryana government is fully serious and committed to the development of Gurugram. Under the leadership of the Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the state government is carefully understanding the issues faced by citizens and is working consistently towards their permanent resolution.
He informed that the Haryana government has accelerated the disposal of development-related files at the headquarters level by giving them priority. As a result, citizens will very soon witness rapid transformation and fast-paced development works at the grassroots level.
The Minister assured that in the coming days, Gurugram will see concrete and positive changes in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and urban convenience, making life more comfortable and better for its residents.
Rao Narbir further said that the government has formulated and implemented several schemes for the upliftment of the weaker sections. Both the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister are introducing and implementing new policies aimed at empowering the weaker and backward classes. He stated that over the last 11 years, the Haryana government has set an example for the entire nation through numerous welfare initiatives. Funds from various welfare schemes are being directly transferred to beneficiaries’ bank accounts, ensuring transparency in the entire system, said the Minister.
He added that the government is working with due respect and dignity towards every section of society. As a result of these efforts, for the first time since the formation of Haryana, the people have given the same party the mandate to serve for the third consecutive term.
