Marking the 79th Independence Day, an ‘At Home’ programme was organised on Friday at Haryana Raj Bhavan. On the occasion, Haryana Governor, Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh and Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini extended greetings to the people of the state. The Governor’s wife Mitra Ghosh, and the Chief Minister’s wife, uman Saini, were also present.
The event, held in the Raj Bhavan auditorium, featured patriotic songs and commenced and concluded with the National Song.
Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Harvinder Kalyan, cabinet ministers Krishan Lal Panwar, Mahipal Dhanda, Dr. Arvind Sharma, Shyam Singh Rana and Rajya Sabha MP, Rekha Sharma and MLA, Jagmohan Anand were also present.
