Seizes dumper illegally transporting stones from Rajasthan

A joint team, formed on the directions of KM Pandurang, Director General, Mines and Geology Department, Haryana, seized a dumper in Narnaul, District Mahendragarh that was illegally transporting stones from Rajasthan. The team also recovered the fine amount.
Giving information in this regard, a spokesman of Mines and Geology Department said that a team of senior officials from the Panchkula headquarters continued their raids in Mahendragarh district for the third consecutive day, targeting illegal mining and the unlawful transportation of minerals.
The spokesperson said that raids were carried out at various locations throughout the night, resulting in the seizure of a dumper illegally transporting stones from Rajasthan. The team of officials continued their action throughout the day, recovering about Rs 4.22 lakh. The team also issued a warning to all crusher operators, emphasizing that strict action will be taken if they are found crushing illegal stones.
