The Chirgaon Police Station has successfully conducted a major drug seizure operation on August 28, 2024. During this operation, officers recovered 2.890 kg of opium from the possession of Amar Bahadur Budha, son of Bharune Budha, a resident of Nepal. Estimated coast of seized contraband is 6,00,000/- Rupees.
Sub-Inspector Amit Sharma is leading the investigation into this case. The investigation aims to uncover further details related to this significant drug seizure and to identify any broader networks involved.
