The first phase of the Census will be conducted in Punjab from May 15 to June 13. During this period, enumerators will visit households to ask residents approximately 33 questions related to their homes and amenities. From April 30 to May 14, 2026, individuals will be able to submit their information online themselves; this process has been designated as "Self-Enumeration.".
Phase 2: Nationwide Population Count from Feb 9–28, Zero Hour Set for March 1

If necessary, a revision round will be conducted between March 1 and March 5. Detailed personal information of every individual will be collected, including age, education, employment status, and socio-economic background of each family member.
