Several schools in Ludhiana have once again received a bomb threat via email, triggering panic among authorities and parents. So far, four schools have been targeted including Spring Dale Public School, Podar International School, Manav Rachna International School, and DAV Public School in BRS Nagar.
Following the threatening email, school authorities promptly informed parents through group messages and alerted the police administration. Spring Dale Public School declared an immediate holiday for students, while police teams began thorough checks on the premises.
This is not the first such incident. Earlier on March 10, multiple schools in Ludhiana had received similar bomb threats via email, causing widespread alarm. Around 7 a.m., three CBSE affiliated schools were sent messages claiming that bombs had been planted on their campuses.
Upon receiving the earlier threats, school managements had quickly informed the police and local administration. Police, bomb disposal squads and dog squads were deployed to the site, and extensive search operations were carried out across the school premises.
