If you are planning to buy gold jewellery or invest in silver today, there’s some relief. Amid ongoing ceasefire talks between Iran and the United States in the Middle East and rising global tensions, the commodity market is witnessing volatility. On Thursday, April 9, gold and silver prices declined on the MCX.

However, in retail markets from Mumbai to Delhi, gold continues to remain above ₹1.51 lakh, while silver is still trading beyond ₹2.40 lakh.

MCX Gold and Silver Rates Today
