Voting is underway in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, with several South Indian film superstars seen casting their votes at different polling booths across the state. Kamal Haasan arrived to vote along with his daughter Shruti Haasan. He stood in line like a common citizen and patiently waited for his turn.
TVK chief and actor Thalapathy Vijay also reached a polling booth to cast his vote, where he was surrounded by a large crowd of fans. Other South Indian stars, including Ajith Kumar, Dhanush, and Vijay Sethupathi, were also seen participating in the voting process.
Meanwhile, superstar Rajinikanth cast his vote at a polling booth set up at a school in Chennai. He visited the Stella Maris School polling station and also encouraged people to come out and vote.
Kamal Haasan, who had arrived earlier with his daughter, stood in the queue for a long time among ordinary voters. After casting his vote, he showed his ink-marked finger to the camera.
